In Italy we believe that great food must be complemented by great wine so we provide tuition from an experienced Sommelier to ensure you can match the best wines to the food you cook. One great pleasure of a holiday in Italy is the day spent visiting a vineyard. This special week includes a day trip to some of the best local producers. You will visit a regional winery where some of the best Piermont wines are made and then sample the delights of a local cheese and salami producer. We can offer anything from 1 day or a long weekend right through to a full weeks' cooking course in our beautiful village. We want you to have the freedom to tailor-make your own holiday. For example you may be coming skiing but fancy a day cooking instead. |
